Switching to Kairos was the best decision we could have made. Bella, our guide, was fantastic. She accommodated weird requests, smoothed out details, and stepped in with authority when she needed to. The hotels were amazing: all high quality and near the city center. We loved the expeditions, especially in Switzerland. It was such a relief to travel by train and public transport rather than by bus. The whole trip was smoother. If you like fun things and hate annoying things, choose Kairos.

An AMAZING European adventure that Included all the important places as well as some incredible, unexpected ones. The accomodations were top notch and food recommendations amazing! Thank you for opening up Europe to us and managing such a big group - making it seem effortless. Incredible memories!

The entire trip was wonderful! Every little detail was planned to perfection. It's not easy to move 140 students/adults through three countries (plus multiple cities and day trips), but Kairos travel did it seamlessly and with excellence! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. All of our accommodations, travel, transfers, and excursions were so well planned and the communication before and during our trip was exceptional.

Charleston was amazing! Now that we are back home, we have a senior who is now looking at going to College of Charleston because his life goal is to live there. Leading up to the trip, Cate and her team were so easy to get in touch with and as any changes or modifications came up with the itinerary, she was super accommodating and flexible! Cate worked tirelessly to find service opportunities for our high schoolers during our trip, and got turned down so many times. She eventually connected us to a community garden in the area and Ronald McDonald House. Both were wonderful matches for our group! We love traveling with Kairos; we feel like we get enough of a say in the itinerary while also listening to the suggestions for our experiences travel guides. Our hotel location was 10/10 so that we could walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go. Loved the hotel!! Would stay there again, no question. The restaurants and activities were perfect! The kids especially loved the excursion day where they got to choose their activity! Overall, this trip absolutely perfect. I don't think there is anything that could've made it better. Our group will go anywhere with Cate! We just cannot say enough great things about her! When I saw her again this year it was like reuniting with an old friend and we picked right back up!! She's a gift!

Peru was a phenomenal trip and Kairos and Anna totally knocked it out of the park. This was our second trip with Kairos and once again everything was perfect, from accommodations to transfers to food choices to activities providers. The trekking company was such a highlight for us all and we are so thankful for the vetting that Kairos does to make our trip fabulous from start to finish. There are literally thousands of choices for all the above items, especially in heavy tourist areas. Having an expert to narrow it down and get to know us and make tailored recommendations and create a custom itinerary with every detail documented and ready is invaluable.
